How to Operate: First, install the blades, place them in the bowl. Then, add the food into the bowl and cover with the safety lid. Align the mixing head with the lid, ensuring no gaps. Set the mixing head and press the speed button. Speed level Ⅰ is for easy-cut vegetables, while level Ⅱ is for tougher foods like meat. For more control, press the button briefly and release. Continuously check the food and adjust as needed.

How to Clean: Both bowls are dishwasher safe. For quick cleaning, rinse with dish soap and water. Clean the motor with small brushes and a wet cloth. Note that the chopping blade is sharp; handle with care.
