The chopper offers two speed modes, catering to various cooking needs and ingredient types and quantities. Its 8-cup capacity dual bowls allow you to handle different foods simultaneously without flavor cross-contamination. For easy cleaning, both the bowls and blades are detachable and dishwasher safe, with the exception of the lids and motor. Alternatively, you can simply rinse and air-dry the components.

Designed with convenience in mind, the 2L capacity bowls are stackable, saving valuable kitchen space for storage. The chopper also boasts a hidden safety switch, ensuring the motor only operates when the power pod is properly installed. To prevent overheating, the appliance is equipped with an automatic shut-off feature that activates at high temperatures.

Additionally, the chopper is fitted with a rubber ring around the bottom, helping it stay in place and reducing noise during operation. However, it's important to note that each processing session should not exceed 30 seconds to prevent overheating. If the motor is running but the blades are not rotating, simply reduce the amount of food and reprocess. To prevent the lids or bowls from warping, ensure the dishwasher temperature does not exceed 140°F (60°C). Lastly, there is a safety lock on the bottom of the motor, so be sure to install it properly on the lid to ensure normal operation.
